The Scrum Product Owner
This training presents all the elements constituting the management of a Scrum project by focusing specifically to the role of the Product Owner. At the end of the training, the participant will be able to create a vision and identify the main epics of a product, define a Backlog product, refine in stories.and prioritize it. He will be able to communicate with stakeholders and other Scrum team members.
At the end of this training, the participant will be able to take the Product Owner certification directly.
GOALS:
Understand AGILE deployment in companies
Know the values and principles of the AGILE Manifesto
Master product management in an empirical and iterative Scrum environment
Know the role of the Product Owner in projects of all sizes
Collaborate with the Scrum team and stakeholders
Master the management of responsibility, time, release and risks
Plan product management activities (gathering of needs, creation of the product objective, refinement, …)
Create and manage a Product Backlog
Manage requirements, specifications, and definition of DONE
Optimize the concept of ROI and TCO for the client
Prepare and pass the Product Owner certification (PSPO-1) under good conditions of success
At the end of this training, the participant will be able to take the Product Owner certification directly.

The SCRUM.ORG exam is available online only. A voucher is sent by email to the participant.
The participant connects from any PC and uses her/his voucher at the end of the training whenever she/he wishes or on the date defined by her/his company. For better success, we recommend taking the exam as soon as possible 3 days after the end of the training and no later than 30 days after the training (the voucher has no expiry date).
Prerequisites for taking the SCRUM.ORG exam.
To take the exam online, the participant must use a computer or tablet with a stable internet connection.
At the end of the exam, the participant receives her/his result by email and a link to download her/his electronic certificate if she/he has met the conditions for obtaining it.
