Easily create an request

All types of request forms are created in one place by clicking on the button of the respective request. Uniform and clear forms with pre-populated data and data checking will ensure that the application is set up quickly and correctly and the approval process is started automatically.

Quick approval

The extended Authoriser's Task List provides important information for decision-making. This list contains all requests pending approval by the user. The user is notified by email when a task has been assigned and when a request for approval or processing has been requested. The email message contains a link that opens the request form and options for completing the task.

Overview and easy search

By default, the user has an overview of all their applications on the home page of the application, including their current status. Users can also use the search form to easily search for the desired request form by selected parameters (e.g. by request form type, status, applicant, etc.). The search results can be refined using filters. All processing steps of the application (by whom and when it was approved) are recorded in a clear Workflow History table. This table is part of the Request form and provides a complete audit trail.
