ASL Exchange rate providers for Dynamics 365 Finance

Exchange rate providers is a package that enables the automatic import of exchange rates from various sources into Dynamics 365 Finance. With this package, the following exchange rate providers can be easily set up and used:

• CNB (Czech National Bank): This provider imports exchange rates for currency pairs that include CZK, such as CZK/EUR, CZK/USD, CZK/GBP, etc.
• MNB (Hungarian National Bank): This provider imports exchange rates for currency pairs that include HUF, such as HUF/EUR, HUF/USD, HUF/GBP, etc.
• NBP (National Bank of Poland): This provider imports exchange rates for currency pairs that include PLN, such as PLN/EUR, PLN/USD, PLN/GBP, etc.
• ECB Triangulation (European Central Bank) for non-euro currency pairs: This specific provider imports exchange rates and calculates currency pairs that do not include EUR, such as GBP/USD, GBP/CZK, GBP/AUD, etc.

The functionality of this package complies with the standard Microsoft functionality for importing currency pairs. Exchange rates can be imported as of a specific date or using a date range. An automatic batch job can also be set up to import exchange rates periodically.

Additionally, this package includes a special feature called ECB triangulation exchange rate provider. This feature allows the creation of exchange rates based on the ECB official exchange rates list, but related and calculated for pairs that include the accounting currency. For example, if the accounting currency is GBP, this feature can be used to create exchange rates such as EUR/GBP, USD/GBP, CZK/GBP, AUD/GBP, etc.

Exchange rate providers is a package that simplifies and automates the process of importing exchange rates into Dynamics 365 Finance. It supports multiple sources and currencies, and offers a unique feature for creating exchange rates based on ECB triangulation.
