Mobile app as an assistant for consignment distribution
Smart Routing is directly integrated with the ERP and automatically sends information to drivers in the mobile app when a shipment is ready for delivery to the customer.
The mobile app retrieves the delivery addresses for these deliveries based on the approved deliveries submitted to the driver and then plots the ideal delivery route in a third-party application such as Google or Azure maps.
The dispatcher will help the driver to plan a route, which the driver can adjust during the journey, for example according to the current traffic situation.

SMS notifications for recipients
An indispensable part of the application is also informing customers about the approximate time of delivery by SMS notifications. The driver sends the order to send an SMS to the customers in the app at the time of departure to the first client. Naturally, it is also possible to call customers directly from the app to the contact details provided.
