One system for all business processes

Automatic processing of attachments from emails to ERP
No more rewriting Excel files from email attachments to ERP. The functionality can automatically recognize the attached attachment from the email according to the set rules and convert it into an ERP Business Central record. The customer centre is fully dedicated to the clients and orders are automatically transferred from mails to ERP for subsequent processing. By linking with the workflow, it helps to ensure a smooth process of processing orders or other documents without manual intervention.

The function can be set up for predefined .xls or .csv file formats and get rid of checking emails, downloading attachments and processing them manually in ERP.

Easy insertion of addresses using the whisperer
This is another feature to facilitate the process of order and purchase order fulfillment. This feature will ensure convenient insertion of the mailing or billing address anywhere in the system where these details need to be filled in. The whisperer can be set to the Street, Zip Code and City fields. The Address Whisperer feature is designed to prevent errors in the data being filled in for addresses, thereby reducing the time required to check addresses and any complaints with shippers and clients.

Automatic sending of emails from ERP
Save time on communication and efficiently inform customers or responsible persons about orders and other statuses in the system. Thanks to our solution, according to predefined and set statuses in the system, even outside workflow-driven processes, you can automatically send a structured email about these statuses.
The function is of practical use, for example, for automatic reporting of order status to the customer. When an order is received in the ERP, the system automatically sends an e-mail "Your order has been processed" with the exact list of items or order number to the customer's e-mail. Or the system will send an email to the merchant if the order has not been processed correctly and a manual adjustment is required.
Define the exact content of the mail with the generated signature and increase awareness with reduced labor.

Direct access from ERP to SQL to speed up reports
Speed up the process of getting up-to-date information in reports from the system. Directly connecting ERP to SQL speeds up the display of pre-selected reports from minutes to seconds. Complex reports can therefore be displayed without delay and long waits, giving you an instant overview. For example, you get an overview of receivables, stock status or open orders immediately after the system starts.

Connecting DMS ELO or SharePoint with ERP
Manage documents and files efficiently within your workflow by linking ERP Business Central and ELO or SharePoint. Create, approve and share up-to-date versions of documents across the business in both systems. Simply create a document within the DMS, it will then be linked to the ERP where you need it with auto-populated data according to the approval process. Documents can be edited or added to in both systems. Eliminate duplicate entries to deal with travel reimbursements, transfer of assets, invoices received or contract records.

Directly link payment terminals to ERP
Always have the correct amount entered for card payments and instant visibility of order payment. Thanks to the direct connection of the payment terminals in the stores, the ERP immediately sends the required amount for payment to the terminal, which then responds after successful payment and adds the payment information. The functionality reduces the risk of incorrectly entered amounts for the terminals, speeds up the payment process and provides an instant overview of all credit card payments. Subsequent processing of bank statements including card payment details is significantly easier and reduces user errors when matching bank statement items.
