Mail under control

The part of the app for receptionists works on the principle of a mailroom on a computer or tablet. Incoming mail is registered in the app with information about who it is addressed to, who sent it, or whether it needs to be signed when received. The receptionist sends a notification message to the recipient asking them to pick it up. The recipient is immediately informed of the new mail by a notification from the mobile app, through which the receptionist can reply or directly confirm receipt if a scan of the shipment is attached. In this way, the recipient and the receptionist can agree on forwarding, leaving it on the table or returning it to the sender if it is an unsolicited mail.

In the case of distribution of messages from the data mailbox, the mail is attached and the application naturally respects the permission settings of the individual employees who can view these messages.

The agenda of mail that employees want to send via the reception is equally clear. The receptionist registers the request for sending and the employee is then informed about the status of his request.
