The Active Preboarding application supports the onboarding process to ensure that both the employer and the new employee are satisfied while meeting all the necessary onboarding requirements. Whether you are dealing with technology purchases, systems access, onboarding medical checks or mandatory onboarding training for new team members, Active Preboarding makes it easy to keep track of tasks and relay information to candidates.

The HR officer is always in control of the process and has an overall view of all new hires. The prospective employee can clearly see a list of their activities, their percentage of completion and has the necessary deadlines and contacts available.

Process concentrated in a clear application

The preboarding process is handled by the Power Apps application running in the company's environment. The employee will be added to the Azure Active Directory. This will move the entire process to one place for both the employee and the HR officer.

Process overview for HR and employees

The entire preboarding process can be monitored by both the HR officer and the employee. The HR officer has control over the process and a general overview of the incoming employees and will have all the necessary materials for the employee's onboarding in the HR system. In the application the employees will see a complete set of all the activities they have to go through.

Employee view
The employees have a list of all the activities to be completed and the percentage of how much they have already completed. They get the whole process under full control. In the application, there are easily accessible contacts to the HR officer and the manager, all resources and internal regulations, a list of tasks, documents for onboarding, e.g., the medical examination document.

HR officers’ view
HR officers have a list of all employees in the application, they can see the status of tasks in percentage form and the materials that have been delivered. This puts them in control of the whole process and enables them to offer help or remind the future employee about their performance.
