In cooperation with Sabris, we implemented a large-scale IT project to implement SAP HR modules for the entire Continental Group of companies in the Czech Republic. In practice, this meant deploying the functionality for more than 12,000 employees. During the project we appreciated especially the professional approach and helpfulness of the whole team.

Solution
Sabris implemented the setup of the time and attendance system in SAP, the so-called positive time and attendance. In the other plants, the connection to various external time and attendance systems, according to the specific needs of the customer.
Sabris provides long-term support for the Continental Group plants so that the correct functionality of the HCM system is ensured despite the differences and specifics of the internal processes set up within the individual companies. The result is the gradual centralization and unification of processes across plants and the connection to third-party systems used by individual plants. At the same time, the connection to the Group's global systems is underway.
Sabris was also significantly involved in the Vitesco spin-off project. At the same time, it has become the main partner for the primary support of this new company.
