Company 2N Telecommunications is a world leader in industry of IP access systems. With more than 30 years of experience it specializes in innovational solutions for residental and commercial sector. Portfolio contains intercoms, access systems and corresponding units with support of technologies like Bluetooth or LTE. 2N is known for it's focus on design and quality, which prove achievements like Red Dot and iF Design Awards. Also, from 2016 is part of Axis Group.

Our goal was to change digital presenation to a new level, and that's why we looked for a partner, which would help us fulfill this vision. Aricoma not only fulfilled our expectations, but also brought precious know-how and invotational approach. Together, we created web solution, which corresponds with dynamics of our brand and needs of our customers. I percieve outcome as modern, functional and ready for helping us to achieve business goals.

Initial situation and project goals

Company 2N had old web presenation and not only graphically, but especially technologically. Moreover, essential areas like manuals or Faqs were solved outside of main web on different domains and in different interfaces. Given the expected growth of company, extension to additional markets and with it associated need of new web language mutations, was necessary to accede to essential change of solutions.

Next problem was non-existing product catalogue, where would be data about products saved structurally including attributes, pictures and files. Web presentation does not serve only as presentation of company 2N and it's products to customers, but also as a portal for distributors and partners of 2N, which bring lots of complementary information and materials. Project is devided on several sub-stages, so we still stand in front of quite a lot of work.

Solution description

Digital ecosystem transformation of company 2N brought essential change thanks to implementation of integrated DXP platform Sitecore XP, on which we unified all web presentations. They are now connected with CRM system Salesforce and system for document creation Paligo.

In first phase we were solving especially new web presentation of company including

product catalogue,
application Download Centrum for downloading public and not public documents,
section FAQs integrated with SF and connected with individual products,
online product manuals associated with Paligo system,
and several smaller application parts.

Now has company 2N available structural catalogue of products, which is able to connect on systems of third parties.

Digital experience platform Sitecore XP abled 2N to fulfill it's ambition, not only that it meets strict demands for security and unification of communication, but it also offers advanced marketing tools, automatization, personalization and behavioral user profiling.
For translation of content is system Phrase, which is integrated with editorial system Sitecore XP.

Altogether we can say, that ecosystem transformation of 2N through Sitecore XP platform represents key step to sustainability and consistency of brand presentation across lot of changes. Thanks to this change achieved company more effective web management and higher level of security.
