Aricoma acquired GIST and TaxLabs

Prague, 14 November 2024 – Aricoma, a leader in enterprise IT and part of the KKCG Group, has acquired two Czech companies, GIST and TaxLabs. In doing so, the company is expanding its portfolio and expertise in the field of digitalization of state administration and tax systems, gaining more than 70 new colleagues.

Digital public administration is one of the key areas of focus for Aricoma not only in the Czech Republic and Slovakia but also in the EU markets and the European Commission.
